Word not opening..

For some reason Word will not open. Get the infamous,
Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. Send
report or Dont Send. Click on link about DelFin media
being the problem. Uninstalled DelFin Media, Uninstalled
Word twice, and still encounter problem.

Offset: 00395c27
When I go to the Microsoft link for possible fixes, it
takes me to Downloads. How do I know what download to go
to?
Any help is appreciated.
