Word not responding when copying text from Web Browser

Hello, after some research at the MS support site, I found one article that
describes this problem. The article basically attributed the problem to the
"Number Nine video driver". To my knowledge, I am not using this video
driver. My MB has an onboard video, SiS 300.

If anyone knows of another solution for Word hanging or not responding after
pasting into a Word document text copied from a web browser, I will greatly
appreciate it.
