On one of my users' computer if I try and start Word by double-clicking on a
document in Explorer, nothing happens.
I'm using Office XP, I've checked that the default program for opening .doc
files is Word, I've tried the 'open with' option and get the same result.
The documents open OK if you open them from within Word, but the user
concerned is used to opening from explorer and wants to be able to.
This has only happened since the upgrade of Office to XP from 2000.
