Word "ODD" Header Problem

Randy,

It sounds like you have a pair of section breaks around
pages 16 and 17 and your File>Page Setup>Layout>Vertical
Alignment is set to center for that section.

document, the header on page 16, 17 is about 6 inches
tall, all of the setting in the Header/Footer window
reflect the proper settings (I use .7"). I don't know why
the change occured on the later pages of the paper. I've
tried to re-set and apply to the entire dicument and
nothing seems to help. I hope someone can answer this for
me.
