Word only loads in safe mode!

Running win xp with MS office xp. I have three users in
workgroup. Word was working OK . Then I tried to change
a file in the start up folder as I did not want the PDF
to load automatically howerver I decided not to after One
attempt to just change the file extention on the PDF dot
file. NOW
Word loads ok for User 'A'
Word loads for user 'B' but gets error message that
Macros aren't installed.
Word will only load in safe mode for me user'C'
All users have administrative powers.
I ran 'system restore' NFG
I ran 'Dectect and Repair..'in help pull down NFG
I ran 'Reinstall' in Add Remove Programs NFG
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO ?

well, being that all 3 users are admins, use the first
users as the one to copy from. in other words, his user
preferences. make a copy of his user account, and then
copy it to yours. and the other user. but for future
reference, you should only have one admin on a computer,
and the others should be users with extra privilages.

Thanks for the info and advice.
Now where do I find the first "users preferances" for word so I can
copy them? .
