word open access previllege problem

i have a problem i can't open my document ms. word. the comment is user
don't have access previllege problem.
how can i open that document?
before that i format mt computer & use windows xp sp3 & change use
windows xp sp 1. i install word 2003 again but i can open my word file
please help me

i'm not sure, but before i format my hd & install new windows, i made a
password to my word file.
use password to open & edit, copy file

Are you saying that you're denied access to open the file (before you get
the password prompt) by Windows or that you are getting the password prompt
but are being told it's an invalid password?

i open my word file.then the file is open, but appear a message that the
word can't open the file, the user don't have access previllege.
so there is no password prompt.
as may be i remember before i format & intall my hd, i gave that file a
password.
please help me
