need help
every time i open word, outlook, OneNote, and PPT, "configure progress"
window keep poping up. it happens when i try to type/use the programs listed
here.
i have spend 9 hrs with microsoft support and between the 4 people that i
talked to Office 07 was reinstalled for 4 times. Yet the issue is stil there
and i can't use any of those 4 programs.
with all the hours i spent with the techs, i was not able to get in touch
with the "research team" who suppose to be able to look into it deeper.
please let me know if you have any suggestion! i couldn't get any work done
for 2 days. but the manager at the support center doesn't seem to understand
it. Please HELP!!!
