Sorry if this is the wrong newsgroup, but gotta start somewhere !!!
Is there any way to use a custom word template when using the "New letter to
contact" option in Outlook 2000 ?
I want to be able to have a FAX template, select a contact and then click on
the "New Letter" option and have the Contact name, Fax No etc filled in. If
anyone can point me in the right direction would appreciate it.
