To set a page break, do the following:
Place your insertion point just below the place where you
want the page break (Word inserts the break above where
your insertion point is located).
Select the Insert menu option at the top of the
application. The Insert menu displays.
Select Break (should be the top option). The Break dialog
box displays.
Select the Page Break option (should eb the first option
in the dialog box, and probably is already be selected).
Click the OK button at the bottom of the dialog box. A
page break is now inserted just above the insertion point.
To show the page breaks, click the Normal View button near
the bottom left of the screen.
