I have a issue. We have a bunch of folders, such as Letters, Memo's, Faxes
etc.......and in each folder there is about 500 files. Each has its own
template. For Letters, we needed the First page to come out of Tray 1
Letterhead and all the rest to come out of Tray 2 of the printer. We made
the change to the Letter Template and it applied it to all the documents.
However, for Faxes, we needed all the pages to come out of Tray 2 only. When
we made the change to the Fax Template and applied it, it will not apply to
all the files in the Fax folder that were created with this template. I
don't want to have to go into all 600 files to make this change on which
Tray to print out of. Anyone have any ideas or know of any programs that I
can use to make this change to all?

I don't know why this change was propagated to your letters (it shouldn't
have been), but in general changes made to a template have no effect on
existing documents (with the exception that you can update styles).
