word perfect 10/ locks on print attempt

my word perfect 10 that came with my new PC locks up when
I try to print. I have to close the application and word
ask to send a error message via internet. Does anyone
have a cure for this? (using xp)

Is this Word or WordPerfect? The bit about trying to send an error message
certainly sounds like Office XP, but WordPerfect is an entirely different
animal, part of the Corel Office suite.
