I've only been partially watching this thread, but I get the impression
the OP has a WP file that's password protected. He knows the password,
but can't get into the file because they're using Word now. Someone with
WP is offering to try and open a copy of the file and mail it back. I
think that's what's going on.

I thought that I was replying to your suggestion to find a WP user who
would be willing to open the documents and e-mail back the results.
