Word Problem

I have encountered a problem with Word my normal template
is not operating correctly. When I launch the application
I get a blank page with no menu or toolbars thus I am
unable to operate any option with regard to the Word
application. Can you help. I have attached below a
picture of my normal files but unfortunately I cannot copy
what word looks like in its blank state. I have copied
numerous files from another pc in an attempt to restore my
normal.doc so that when I launch the application I can
work within the application but to no avail.
