Word "save as"

When I go to save as I cannot access sub directories.
Didn't used to be like this.
So now i can only get HD, desktop, or folders on desktop.
Or recent folders
but no way to drop down
Any way to fix this?

See that little triangle to the right of the save as filename box right
near the top of the save-as dialog box?
Is it pointing up or down? Click it so it points up.
Does the directory hierarchy re-appear?

Not the most obvious place to look is it?
