Hi, I hope someone have a clue about this....
We have had a lot of cases now where people have been
working with their docs a lot over several days. Sudenly
one day: they save their doc, shutdown the computer and
went home. The next day when they opened the doc its
empty. The file is 0kb.
Today i have a student here that have been working with
her exam over two mounths with no problem. And today when
she opened the doc its cleared. Its not a nice job beeing
a sysadm then.... :-(
We have tried to find out why but havent found it.
They use different servers,
different computers,
large docs and small docs,
new docs and docs the been working on for months,
most of them are local users but some of them are admins,
some use templates others don´t
......
We use OfficeXP on Windows XP. Our network is Novell
Netware 6.0. Novell Client 4.9. Win XP with full windows
Update. Symantec Antivirus on client and server
I hope that someone have an ideea what to do...
