Word should support saving a file in 2 locations simultaneously.

Sort of an automatic backup. Like saving to my memory stick and my documents
at the same time.

Try the macro in http://www.gmayor.com/automatically_backup.htm. Also see
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm if needed.

It's best not to save from Word directly to any removable media to avoid
possible document corruption. Save to the hard drive and then copy to the
removable media. The macro could be modified to do that.
