Word shouldn´t try to think, please

Please, I need a button to say to word, please "don´t disturb me, don´t
modify my document, please don´t change my tabs, please don´t renumbering all
my bullets, because you are mistaken again, and again"

If Word didn't 'think' it wouldn't do the things you like either.

Format Menu --> AutoFormat option.
Then click the Options Button.
Then the "AutoFormat As You Type" Tab.

Turn on or off what you like.

I not only agree, but say it should not keep changing languages based on
keyboard setting or whatever. No matter what language you set it on to do
your work, even with all the settings to not detect, it insists on finding
reasons to switch back to whatever it thinks you want.

Sounds like WordPad, which is a free word processor that comes
with Windows, is just right for you.

Tools > Options > Edit

Uncheck as many of the things that annoy you as you want. In particular:

[] Prompt to update style
[] Keep track of formatting
[] Auto keyboard switching
[] Enable click and type
