Our Word application shuts itself down when trying to
print labels. Office 2003 on a Windows 2000 workstation.
It sends an error report to Microsoft but we never hear
back from them with a fix. I re-installed the application
which solved the problem, however a week later it
returned. There is an exception error code: 0xc0000005 in
reference to MODNAME: gdi32.dll.
Is there a fix for this?
