Word spell thesaurus should work with word tense like -ed -ing

Word should work with word tense like -s, -ed, or -ing rather than making you
look up the root word, then add the proper ending. WordPerfect has done this
for many years.

I know it's a small thing but I write a lot and find this shortcoming really
annoying.
