Word stopping printer

I am using WORD 97. I have a routine which adds text to a document and then
prints out. The code batches the documents into two print runs.

After the first batch have been sent to the printer. A message box is then
displayed which confirms that the documents have been printed. For some
reason the message box stops the print routine until 'okay' ot 'cancel'
button pressed.

Is there any way programmatically that this can be prevented, and if so
would someone please supply me with a solution.

Thanks

Word does not generate print notifications. Maybe your routine
is generating the print notification, in which case you need to
modify your routine. Or maybe you need to turn off print
notifications in whatever version of Windows you're using.
