I am searching for a word template (?) that will assist me in allowing staff
to propose solutions and ideas and submit them to management for their
blessing or objection / editing. I am thinking of a document that is set up
with a separating line (vertically?) in it to allow staff to submit their
ideas and then allow management make comments / changes / edits to that
response. I am using Word 2003 and up to 2007. Should I be using a Project
style foramt - not familiar with it nor do I have that software.
