I recently updated some word templates that me and my staff use. I re-saved
them and when I did that the file names on my hard drive turned green. Also
I am the only one who can access these files now and no one else in my office
can. Any idea of what is causeing this?

green = encrypted (blue = compressed). Open Windows Explorer and right-click
on the folder, select Properties, Advanced and clear the checkbox for
Encrypt.

Thank you. I believe that problem is solved but any idea of why I am the
only one who can access the file? It is saved on the company's hard drive
which accesible to my whole office, however they are nnot able to open this
template only I am. Any ideas why?

Has the green encryption been resolved now?

Do all users have FULL access to the folder?

If you can open it, it is most probably a permissions problem.
