Word Template hangs on document close (I use upper left corner's X to close)

I have developed this template and used now for years in Word 97 and Word
2000. Now I'm upgrading it to Word 2003.

I have done all the necessary adjustments and everything works fine except
that each time I try to close Word from the X (upper right corner), and not
from the File/Close menu, it hangs. It eventually closes but it takes a lot
of time and sometimes it crushes.

It is NOT the document_close macro because I checked. It hangs after the
document_close macro is done with executing.

Note: If I open a document I have created with this template by pressing
the Shift key so no macro will run automatically then if I try to close it
doesn't hung - it closes quickly.

Again, the problem happens only when I use the window's X box to close Word.

ANy input is greatly appreciated.
