Word Template

Alberto

Hi!

I have a word template (*.dot) to which I would like to make some changes.
He won't let me. I can't even choose "view Header/Footer" because this menu
is disabled.
Can anyone help?

Thanks,

António

I am assuming that you have opened the template (not created a new document
based on it). You will know this assumption is correct if you see the name
of the template in the title bar for the document you are editing. Under the
Tools menu, if you see a command that says "Unprotect Document," use it.
You'll probably want to reprotect the template when finish your editing.
