Word Template

Hi all

I managed to get a template in Word to read data from Access as a mail merge
document.

If this is the correct way to send letters to database held contacts, how
do I stop users of my mail merge document messing with the template? I have
tried locking it but that does not stop users messing with or deleting
fields.

Build your templates with he above, and then put a button on the form, and
use:

MergeNoPrompts "youtemplate.doc"

This way, they can't mess with he template, since the above throws up the
final merged document with no merge fields...

Help
