PLEASE HELP!!
We are using templates for all or wordporcessing. The templates are changes from time to time, so we give them version numbers eg. TEMPLATE 6.0. There templates are using different kind of paper, Page-1, Page-2 and normal A4-style. The paper is in TRAY-1, TRAY-2 nd TRAY-3 on the printers
My problem is, when the user will print out a document based on en older template, the pre-formattet tray-selection shows "AUTOSELECT" and not the original TRAY-selection. The document wil the be printed from the default-tray - TRAY-3 and not on eg. PAGE-1 as original selected
How can I comy beyond this error
