Word Templates with BCM

Johann

Hello,

Not sure if this belongs in this group but it has to do with BCM so here
goes.

When I used Act I could easliy generate variety of templates, and then
select contact in act and write a letter, proposal, etc, directly in word.
Act would let you insert some of its database fields into word and would
autocomplete them when the template was chosen.

As you may have guessed I would like to do something similar in BCM, but the
question is how. I cannot seem to insert many fields from BCM or OL contact
fields, such as fax#, phone#, and e-mail.

Does anyone have any idea how I could achieve this. I am using Office 2003
Small Biz, and I have SP1 installed.

Just before you start: I have tried the advice from the link provided by
Sue, but have give up. My problem is that data, once inserted into the word
document, get truncated in the process. This means you only get part of the
account name into the document. I am back to copy/Paste.

Cheers, Thorbjorn
