Word templates

We have some company templates that all staff are to use. We want to have them listed when the user clicks File, New when in Word.
Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how. I know where the varying MS templates are stored, but they don't all come up as an option on the right hand panel.

You might want to consider storing them on a network drive and setting the
Startup folder to that folder. I have an example of a Document Management
System on my web site at:

Hi Michelle,

The templates you see in the Task Pane under "New" are hard coded in Word.

The Recently used templates that appear can be modified in the Registry but they may disappear as other templates are used.

You could create your own toolbar for them. If you want more information on this post back and let us know. :)

This will make all of the document templates into Add-Ins. I don't think
this is what Michelle needs.

folders see http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm.

Sorry for the confusion. The Document Management sample I have on my web
site utilizes one template that houses a toolbar with a button that provides
access to the various forms in the stated folder. That is what I meant to
convey. SORRY!
