I am creating a word template...how do i make it so users can not
change/delete the graphics I have put say corporate logos etc... at.

you might try putting the images into a "header"
or a macro/vb would be needed so that after
the user writes into a blank document, the macro
would come back in and input the graphics and the rest
of the header then save that document with a security setting
that prohibits modifications when viewed.
