Word Text Box - Loss of preview and print within text box

I seem to have set a switch somewhere which stops anything
within a text box from either showing up on print preview
printing (text or photos).

For text I've checked its not white on white.

I'm running XP office printing to HP7350 ink jet

You must have the Print drawing objects option selected.
