Word text in Excel

I suppose it depends on exactly how you want to plop it.

You can insert a text box in a worksheet, for example, and paste Word text
into it.

You can insert a Word file as an object into a worksheet.

You can paste a Word table into Excel, and the structure is converted into
cells.

Or, you can simply paste text into cells.
