Word to Excel Conversion Office 2007

I have a word file with name-address info in the following format that I woul
like to convert to an eacel file

Word File

John Doe
President
ABC Co
City
State
Zip

Mary Smith
CEO
XYZ Co
City
State
Zip

repetes many times

I'd like to convert it to excel as
Name Title City State Zip

Each field/line in its own cell.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

where the illustrations match your format. Essentially this means selecting
the document and converting text to table (7 columns) then convert table to
comma delimted text, which Excel will open as a table.
