Word to Excel!

I have about 100 tables in Word that I need put into Excel. When I copy and
paste them, the cells are WAY too big, and I have to go back and resize it
each time. Is there and easier way for me to do this?

Data - TextToColumns
Then Format-Column-AutoFitSelection

This assumes that you pasted the data as one column of data.
