K Kevin B Jul 25, 2008 #2 Assuming that the labels file is in a table, just click TABLE in the menu and click SELECT, TABLE. Press <Ctrl> + C to copy the entire table and <Alt> + <Tab> back to your target Excel file and either click PASTE or press <Ctrl> + V.
