See this link for details: http://visualsignals.typepad.co.uk/...xcel-powerpoint-word-flowcharts-to-visio.html Unfortunately, I think the addin requires 2007 SP1, but if it's a one off you're welcome to send me the file and I'll see if I can convert it for you.
