Word Tool Bar

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC

I cannot display the tool bar on a G4 based laptop. It works on my Intel based laptop. I have gone to view, then toolbars and selected standard.

Click the oblong "jellybean" button at the right end of the document
window's title bar.
