Word Toolbars-All Appear at Once

I have random occasions when a user will logon to a domain computer and when
opening Word, every single toolbar opens and the user has to go to Tools
Customize Toolbars to return to normal. Also running Scholastic Keys on
these machines. Not sure that has anything to do with it. When there is a
class of 20 elementary kids in a lab and this happens with 15 out of 20, it's
a problem. Any advice?

I'm unfamiliar with Scholastic Keys, but if it is to define a fixed custom
desktop across the network forcing identical settings, then maybe some
clever student (and they can be VERY resourceful) has found out how to
change normal.dot and force it out when users log in?

It definitely isn't a Word problem though.
