word tools not working

hi i am having a problem with word everything is working
fine but for the tools tab it will not open up, file and
edit works fine as do the rest of them,i have uninstalled
it and reinstalled it and on some computers it works fine
but on others it dose not, it is causing a lot of stress
people cant access mail merge or anything else on tools if
anyone has come across anything like this before i would
realy love some help please please!!!!!!!

Word?
