Previously, in MS Word 2004 I was able to highlight an address, then, in the Tools menu, I could choose Envelopes and an envelope-like template would appear with the address in the correct place. This afternoon, an MS Update window appeared and I "Updated" Word (I now have v. 11.3.8). Bad choice, because I no longer have the ability to print an envelope. At least I think this is the cause of the problem. Now, when I highlight an address, and choose Envelopes from the Tools menu, the address appears on a full page, not an envelope. Tried changing the Page Setup from within Envelopes to no avail. That's some bad "Update." Can anyone help? Thank you.
