Word verX for Mac

I am using an iBook with OSX 10.4.7. I have MS Office on here. I just
looked to see what version, Microsoft Word X Service Release 1. When I
type a letter, I get through the Date, I get through the address block,
and then that annoying little animated icon pops up and says "seems
you are writing a letter ... do you need help" or whatever the verbage
is.

How do I turn that off? I have looked through the Preferences and I
can't find it. I was able to turn it off on my XP desktop computer so
I thought I knew what I was looking for, but don't find it.

That's the Office assistant, despised by millions of users all over the
world. You can turn it off by going to Help>Use the Office Assistant.

Damn Microsoft, why do they have to put things in such different
places. Thank goodness I can switch between Mac and XP versions of
Filemaker Pro and the only thing I have to do is switch between using
the CMD key and CTRL key.
