WORD VIEWER X WINDOWS XP

Possuo o Windows XP Proffesional e tento utilizar o WORD
VIEWER porém o meu computador simplesmente congela !!
Alguém sabe o que devo fazer ??

If you are unable to open a Word document in the Word Viewer then you
may want to try using WordPad which comes with Windows XP.
