Word viewing/printing problems

Greetings!

Until recently when I opened Word I would have the full page on screen to
type into and when I printed, the document would print on the entire sheet of
paper.

Now when I open Word only about half of the screen is white. The other half
(one quarter on each side) is gray, and when I print, the document only
prints on the first (left) half of the paper with the right half being empty.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office XP Professional several times but
I still have the same problem. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

1. What view are you in? Normal or Print Layout?

2. Does the document contain tracked changes or comments?

3. In Page Setup (Margins tab, "Multiple pages" setting), do you have "2
pages per sheet" selected?

Hi! Sorry I just got to your reply. The view that I'm in is Print Layout
and the "Multiple Pages" setting is "Normal". As to question two, sorry but
I don't know what you mean by tracked changes or comments. :(
