We just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP. Since then, I've had two
issues:
1. Measurment units in Word were incorrect and unchangable - fixed that via
Knowledge Base by deleting and recreating the default settings. This didn't
have an effect on the 2nd issue.
2. Word keeps trying to close itself every 5 minutes or so. If I haven't
made any changes to the document, Word will close itself unprompted. If I've
made changes, it will ask if I want to save. If I don't respond, dialog boxes
will stack up saying that another dialog box is open and Word can't close.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
