Since just recently, I've experienced in Word 2000, 2002 the character I'm
typing erase the character in the body of text I'm editing, as if I had hit
"inser"t. It happened on two XP machines that had installed the PS2 update,
as well as on a Windows 98 2nd ed. Only rebooting would solve the problem;
one time it started doing the same again.
Has this problem popped up for others? Is there anything in the Knowledge
database (couldn't find).
