Word will not open from outlook

When I used to click on create new email in outlook, Word would open to
create an email. Now I get a message that word could not open. So I have to
use what ever opens.
How do I reconnect outlook to word? Thanks Ken

Do you have the option in your unidentified version of Outlook
configured to use Word as the new-mail composer?

Are Outlook and Word the *same* version?
