word window off screen

i still need an answer for this question.

when i start windows it indicates on the task bar that a window is open but
it is not on the desktop. when i right click on the document and minimize it
shows the window reducing fronm the left side.

i tried to arrange icon.
i tried to cascade windows.
i tried to maximize the window.
i also checked to see if there was more than one monitor in desktop
properties. it shows 2 monitors but number one is active.

i tried opening 2 word documents and doing a tile vertically but it did not
work.
any help

Right-click the Taskbar button and choose Move, then use the right arrow key
to move it onto the screen.
