Hi,
Been watching "Normal.dot" with interest. I, too, have gone through all the
steps outlined in the article by Beth Melton. Wen viewing System Information
I have no data listed WITH Word RUNNING. And, it's peculiar that I don't
have any "Global Templates and Add-Ins" listed in that section
(Tools/Templates and Add-ins).
When I open Word, it takes over 30 seconds or so for it to allow me to work.
As with the other user, all this started with the inability to reformat
PageSetup.
I'm wondering, do we both, truly, have viruses since I know I have followed
all the steps in the article, done everything suggested in all the other
posts?
