word wrap in one note

When you paste text into one note and expand the text box the text does not
expand with it. How would you turn off the text wrapping?

Does the text you're copying have carriage returns in it or was it a full
paragraph of text? If the pasted text already has carriage returns then
OneNote will retain them.

What happens if you drag the expansion handle to the left? Does the text
wrap further? Are there any half lines which correspond to where the text
didn't wrap when you previously dragged to the right?
