Word wrap when printing and other printing questions

Hello,

We noticed, when we changed to Outlook 2007, that Word wrapping was not
being done anymore when we print the calendar. I've tried the Printing
Assistant, but we do color-code our appointments and the Printing Assistant
does not import the colors in the Monthly formats.

We would live with the descriptions being cut-off if the color bubble around
the appointments wasn't so big (and the color bubble has a margin as well,
which cuts off a few characters' worth of space) and if the spaces between
the hours of the apppointment weren't so large. There's also some kind of
margin inside each day's box, which can eat as much as 5 characters per line.

Does anybody have a workaround for all of those issues?

Nope. Did you reduce the font size in print options? That is about the best
you can do with outlook's printing engine.

There are other utilities listed at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp that might do a better
job.
