word wrap won't

in XP Pro with word do this. click on start. click on, "turn off computer." click on shutdown. restart. word and outlook should behave again.

when word and outlook won't wrap sentences the fonts in word don't show up if you want to change a font. this problem reminds me of lack of system resources on Win ME, but that is often impossible on XP.

Second: Read and Research it on net.
Third: Reboot.
Fourth: Rename noncritical files.
Fifth: Delete.
Sixth: Install software again.
